LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Los Angeles prosecutors man charged with
trespassing at actress and singer Miley Cyrus' home After his arrest
weekend.

A spokesman for the city prosecutor says Jason Luis
Rivera was charged Monday with two counts of burglary and one count of
rebellion. Rivera was arrested Saturday morning after police said he
tried to make his way to the house of Miley Cyrus. Police said when
Rivera was wearing a pair of scissors and posed as a friend of Miley
Cyrus. Police said repeatedly launched against an outside wall, as if
trying to enter the house of Miley Cyrus.
Rivera pleaded extremely not guilty and was ordered held Monday on 100,000 US bail. Must return to court on September 17.
