Lot of people hit the  Twitter to the millionaire reality star. And others fought a campaign to boycott cable "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".

On Friday, Kim really says what she said on her blog-- "She told me how her life changed completely when was diagnosed, and a lot of friends, had abandoned her, which is something she said she could relate. There is no way,  was compare my experience with a sick patient. She was talking about how there are times in your life, and everyone goes through them, when you realize who loves you enough to be with you through thick and thin."

She continued-- "Many of you know that my father passed away by physical crisis, and my grandmother is a survivor of that. It is a sickness  that has caused so much pain and anguish for the family and do not want to offend or upset someone who was battling this problem or whose relatives were fighting.
